Christine Morrison
Christine started CMA Training in 2003, and has built an enviable reputation for delivering bespoke, engaging, effective and learner-centred Personal Safety and Crime Prevention training and consultancy. She combines her practical policing background and Personal Safety and Crime Prevention subject matter expertise with excellent communication skills, energy and warmth. Her particular strength lies in building strong relationships with clients, learners and suppliers. Christine has a special ability of relating to each individual learner whilst working with senior leaders to develop a strong culture of Personal Safety within their organisations.
Fiona Parr
Fiona has delivered a wide range of training in the public, private and voluntary sectors covering areas such as Personal Safety, Handling Violence and Aggression, Conflict and Stress Management and Customer Service. With a background in Youth and Community Work and Adult Education Fiona has experience of lone working, managing teams of lone workers and developing safe working policies and procedures.
Janet Caton
Janet is an experienced learning and development manager with 30 years’ experience in designing, developing and delivering a range of different training. She is a subject matter expert in Crime Prevention, Community Safety and Designing Out Crime.
Janet is now a co-director of KABSEC Training who are an approved qualifications centre for awarding body, Proqual, and with their support she successfully authored the initial suite of crime prevention and designing out crime qualifications. KABSEC Training is working in partnership with CMA Training to promote and deliver accredited training options.
Capable of creating bespoke training to meet the needs of a wide range of customers, Janet is also a qualified assessor with expertise in coaching and mentoring.
