Previously working as a police sergeant with Merseyside Police, and as a trainer at the Home Office Crime Reduction College and National Policing Improvement Agency (now College of Policing), Christine established CMA Training (UK) Limited in 2003, successfully delivering specialist personal safety and crime prevention training and consultancy.
